The Danforth Program invites school and district leaders to identify the next wave of educational leaders to join you in your work. We recruit thoughtful, reflective leaders to engage in a rigorous, innovative, competency-driven leadership development program supported by a performance guarantee. A Danforth leader:
- exhibits a deep knowledge of teaching, learning and equity
- collaborates with peers and community members
- actively engages and serves minoritized students and families
- consistently cultivates leadership in others
